Reporting Suspected Violations
Perot Systems has established a toll-free, confidential hotline to report any accounting or auditing irregularity or issue that makes you uncomfortable. Our hotline is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day. You may report suspected violations anonymously, although this may make it more difficult to investigate and resolve your concern. Each call will be reported to Perot Systems' Compliance and Internal Audit teams. The Audit Committee of the Board of Directors will also be notified.

The Compliance and Human Resources teams have recently improved our compliance and ethics monitoring capabilities through a new relationship with EthicsPoint (www.ethicspoint.com). Toll-free telephone access to our Compliance and Ethics Hotline has been expanded to additional countries, including India, through EthicsPoint’s local access numbers. In addition, Associates may now raise ethics questions and compliance incidents through the internet or our intranets using a standard web browser from anywhere in the world. Our EthicsPoint website is available to Associates in Dutch, English, German and Italian languages.
Questions may be asked and incidents may be reported anonymously, if desired, but are kept confidential to the extent possible. The EthicsPoint system enables anonymous communication between a reporter and our investigators so that additional information about a report can be shared. The system is designed to comply with the requirements of data protection authorities, including those in France and Germany.
We encourage you to raise compliance and ethics issues with your leaders. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, please use our Compliance and Ethics Hotline and EthicsPoint website to bring these issues to our attention. All reported issues are taken seriously and are investigated and corrected as appropriate. Perot Systems has a strict “no-retaliation” policy with respect to compliance and ethics issues raised in good faith by our Associates. Violation of this policy is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
