Perot Systems adopted Standards & Ethical Principles to define the broad ethical principles and standards of conduct that govern how we conduct our business. Director Independence
The Board has determined that all members of Perot Systems' Board of Directors, except for Ross Perot, Ross Perot, Jr., and Steven Blasnik, are independent under the rules of the New York Stock Exchange, Perot Systems' Director Independence Standards, and applicable Securities and Exchange Commission rules.
