Perot Systems Named to “Best IT & Telecom Companies to Work” List in Mexico
Guadalajara Campus Ranked in Top 15 by Great Place to Work Institute Mexico and InfoWorld/CIO

Earlier this year, Perot Systems, along with 40 other IT and Telecom companies such as IBM, Nokia and Microsoft, participated in a survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute Mexico and InfoWorld/CIO Mexico. Perot Systems placed 6th in the survey and earned the right to be included in the official list of 15 companies that achieved the required qualifications to become part of “The Best IT & Telecom Companies to Work in Mexico.”

“We are incredibly proud to have such strong ranking in ‘The Best IT & Telecom Companies to Work in Mexico’ list,” said Enrique Cortes, Mexico managing director. “We are a team with a common goal – to provide outstanding service while having fun. Our survey results confirm that we are achieving our goal and will help raise our profile in the Mexican IT industry.”

To be included in the survey, companies were required to complete an application and agree to be confidentially judged by associates on five principles for the Great Place to Work Institute Model: Credibility, Respect, Impartiality, Pride and Fellowship. Associates were totally free to express their opinions toward the working climate in their organization with no outside influence. In addition, members of companies’ HR departments also participated in the survey by answering question related to policies, practices and labor culture.

Antonio Yebra, project manager, said, “Perot Systems is a great place to work due to our Core Values and I was happy to see that reflected in our survey results. We are more than just a team; we’re a family – a fact that truly makes Perot Systems unique.”

“We are very pleased with the recognition we received, but we know there is always room for improvement. Our goal is to try and rank higher each year and continually strive to improve our associates’ work environment and our commitment to excellence,” said James DelBosque, human resources director, Guadalajara.

Perot Systems Guadalajara facility has 230 associates offering a wide range of infrastructure services, such as help desk and engineering services, as well as Tier I, II and III services for American and Latin American clients.
