As a member of Perot Systems leadership team, Mr. Asava’s primary responsibilities are two fold, to1) lead the Enterprise Planning Group (EPG) in its implementation and oversight of the next generation corporate strategy, and 2) build strong relationships with current clients and lead all new business development activities for the Consulting and Application Solutions (CAS) Group.
In leading the EPG, Mr. Asava works closely with global leaders in the creation of the strategic plan and drives its implementation through a well defined, highly disciplined Program Office.
As a global leader for CAS Sales, Mr. Asava works in collaboration with industry facing leaders and global delivery heads to effectively plan, pursue, win and deliver significant value to Perot Systems’ customer base.
Born and raised in India with over 30 years of work experience in the United States, Mr. Asava has worked for leading organizations like Satyam Computers, Computer Task Group, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), General Motors, Chrysler Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and held the position of President at two start-up organizations. Raj is an excellent communicator, a champion facilitator, and confident in his dealings with people from different cultures and value systems.
Mr. Asava earned a B. S. degree in Industrial Management from Central Michigan University and lives with his wife and two sons in Plano, Texas.
