Chuck Lyles is a Perot Systems vice president and leads the Healthcare Group. He is responsible for the group's strategy, management, operations, and business development. His responsibilities are worldwide, and he has been in this role for three and a half years.
Utilizing his more than 20 years of experience in business development, operations management, managed care strategic development, and operations in the healthcare and insurance industries, Mr. Lyles leads the Healthcare Group in the design, implementation, and operation of innovative business solutions. His management and operational insight allow him to effectively and successfully manage the integration and operation of disparate healthcare organizations.
During his tenure with Perot Systems, Mr. Lyles has served as chief operating officer for the Healthcare Group, which included operational responsibility of all client accounts and projects. He served as vice president and chief information officer for a multi-hospital health system, where he managed all aspects of consulting for strategic business planning, systems selection, and implementation for a nationwide healthcare services provider. Mr. Lyles has been instrumental in the development of creative business and technology solutions that enable Perot Systems clients to meet the challenges of the dynamic healthcare marketplace.
Prior to joining Perot Systems, Mr. Lyles worked at Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS). During his six-year tenure with EDS, he managed a number of healthcare and insurance operational environments where he directed the development and installation of healthcare and insurance software applications.
Mr. Lyles received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas and is active in numerous community organizations.
