Perot Systems’ customer, a provider of networking and communications services and infrastructure to service providers and enterprises in more than 150 countries, sought to move from a patchwork of legacy application systems to a standardized supply chain solution for its global business operations.

Perot Systems collaborated with the cutomer to design and enable new supply chain capabilities through the implementation of new processes, procedures, organizational structure, and SAP solutions plus business-to-business electronic integration with suppliers.
