For the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Dell Perot Systems provides records management services support at 40 USCIS District and Sub-offices nationwide. We support USCIS in its ongoing efforts to increase the efficiency of the adjudication process, reduce applicant process time and improve management procedures for records.  We provide electronic processing of Naturalization and adjustment of status files, background IBIS checks, records-management and other support.

Streamlining Claims Processing at HUD...
For the HUD’s Office of Single Family Housing, Dell Perot Systems operates a Property Disbursement (PD) program that acquires and sells approximately 70,000 properties annually.  The Single Family Acquired Asset Management System (SAMS) executes cash and asset tracking and monitoring.  Since 1995, Dell Perot Systems has been providing SAMS Support Services involving Global File Maintenance Vendor, Disbursement Activities, Customer Service Desk Operations, and Collections.  Over the years, Perot has taken great strides in developing strong, long term relationships with our customers at HUD and has successfully streamlined processes to achieve our customer’s strategic business objectives.
