Helping Customers Achieve Results
Supporting Critical Defense Technology...
We provide wide-area network support, including operations, maintenance, and upgrades, to the US Army Reserves at over 860 locations within the United States and Puerto Rico.  This network, which is one of the largest in DOD, supports over 55,000 full and part-time users.  We continually analyze network capacity and emerging requirements to provision or decommission service in response to customer needs driven by base realignments and Army Reserve transformation.  We operate a 24x7 Network Operations and Security Center to maintain the highest network availability and security. We follow established SEI CMMI Level 3, ITIL, ISO 9001:2000 and DOD security and information technology policies/procedures to support the Army Reserve mission.

Supporting CDC in Promoting Health and Quality of Life...
The CDC was looking for cost-effective support for its IT infrastructure while maintaining a high quality of service. Dell Perot Systems helped consolidate 17 individual help desks into one Service Desk for the Information Technology Services Office (ITSO). This consolidation effort helped to standardize hardware and software throughout the agency. ITSO became the first federal civilian agency to be recognized as a High Performing Organization based on the results of this consolidation project.

Today, Dell Perot Systems provides the full range of infrastructure and support services to more than 14,000 CDC end-users in the United States and more than 30 other countries primarily in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. We also support the agency’s Global Activities team using solutions and infrastructure that we manage to track and combat the spread of HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases around the globe.

Delivering Innovative Homeland Security Solutions...
For the United States Coast Guard (USCG), Dell Perot Systems provides exceptional customer service and IT support to 45,000 Coast Guard end users supporting 62 locations and 250 ships. As part of our support to the Coast Guard, Dell Perot Systems stood up several large command posts for the Hurricane Katrina project and ensured vital connectivity for more than 1,900 responders from 81 USCG units. Dell Perot Systems also deployed a critical USCG mission essential software application upgrade throughout the USCG’s largest area-of-responsibility, covering 22 states, 30 days ahead of schedule for which we received a 5-star award. We continue to provide outstanding operations and maintenance support including tier 1-3 help desk support by processing more than 200,000 calls annually.
