For the United States Department of the Navy, Office of Civilian Human Resources Command (OCHR), Dell Perot Systems provides ongoing technical support, program staff support, information reporting, briefing (in-process reviews) support, and monthly status reports. The Dell Perot Systems team provides detailed analytical support in the form of performance metrics data analysis, which focuses on HR recruitment timeliness, budget and viability analyses, and civilian population and ratio analysis. The data and analysis products provided to the client have assisted them in making key budget and personnel decisions. The performance metrics analysis has enabled OCHR to examine its recruitment timeliness processes and research ways to improve the time it takes to fill a job.

For the Department of Defense, Defense Travel System (DTS), Dell Perot Systems has supported the program office since its inception in areas that include Program Management, Financial/Cost Management, Acquisition Management, Testing, Deployment, Training and Operational Support. Dell Perot Systems provides Major Automation Information System (MAIS) DOD 5000 program support to the DTS leading up to the achievement of Full Operational Capability (FOC). Dell Perot Systems provides acquisition reporting, life-cycle costing, system fielding and operations support, and system functional requirements definition and delineation in conjunction with the Department’s components and USD (P&R). Our team assists with Commercial Travel Office (CTO) contract consolidation associated with the DoD’s Small Business and Full and Open solicitations for travel procurement services. We thoroughly research and recommend Department-wide business travel policy, procedures and business rules. Our team coordinates sustainment training and system usability features and improvements with the Department’s components, the PMO-DTS and the Business Transformation Agency (BTA). Dell Perot Systems professionals provide ongoing value-add support in the preparation and review of briefings, position papers, and communications materials, statistical and best-value analysis, system administration and analysis, requirements development with associated costing information, deployment support, software testing support and training instruction.
