Supporting Critical Security Missions...
As the U.S. Coast Guard’s (USCG) largest prime IT services contractor, we provide full life-cycle support for 69 systems, 42 of which are operationally-focused automated enterprise-wide applications that are used by the USCG, DHS and other DoD and Federal agencies. Dell Perot Systems operates and maintains the DHS, USCG, Operations Systems Center (OSC) in Kearneysville, WV. We conduct development support functions under rigorous quality assurance, configuration management, life-cycle management, and engineering practices that conform to DoD, DHS, USCG, and ISO 9001:2000 and SEI CMMI Level 3 standards, policies and procedures. Dell Perot Systems supports the USCG’s vision for the OSC to be the Premier Software Development Center for the Coast Guard and the Department of Homeland Security.

For a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) contract, our staff created the Digital Coast: Legislative Atlas, a web-based Geographic Information Systems (GIS) tool that provides access to ocean-related legislative data and information. The Legislative Atlas provides tools to quickly assess the regulatory framework identifying the applicable coastal and ocean laws and jurisdictional boundaries, thus aiding the user in understanding the complexity of rules and policies that govern a particular region.

For the U.S. Army, Tank Automotive and Armament Command (TACOM), Dell Perot Systems provided Information Technology (IT) Applications Support Services to successfully execute their Logistics, Acquisition, Research and Development, and Information Management and Technology missions. We support 12,800 users across six geographical locations, supporting nine business groups, five organizations, and three of TACOM LCMC’s supporting partners. Dell Perot Systems developed an Enterprise Project Management (EPM) system that provides Government stakeholders with a single view to track task status and other components, such as a view of the latest weapon system configurations, with a single click.
