OPM TMA

The Office of Personnel and Management Training and Management Assistance contract is a multi award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle, available to all federal agencies, specifically designed to provide Government agencies with unique learning and human capital solutions.  Dell Perot Systems holds both the Customized Human Capital Solutions and Training and Management Assistance Services Contracts.  TMA acquires contractor assistance from the market place through the use of competitive fixed-price task orders.  TMA contractors provide labor, hardware/software and other equipment and materials required to successfully perform the objectives described in the contract SOO and as specifically authorized in individual task orders.
