NAVSEA SeaPort

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) awarded Dell Perot Systems Government Services a Multiple Award Contract (SeaPort) on April 2, 2001. The five-year (plus two five-year options) SeaPort contract has a ceiling value of nearly $15 billion and is designed to include all aspects of professional support services required by NAVSEA Headquarters, its related Program Executive Offices, and field affiliates.

The NAVSEA Headquarters (SeaPort) MAC provides a vehicle for our customers to procure professional support services through all phases of ship and weapon system life cycle technology development, concept exploration, design, specification development, construction/production, test and evaluation, certification, operation, maintenance, improvement/ modernization, overhaul and refueling, salvage and disposal. The scope of work also includes professional support services to assist in the development, review and execution of search and salvage, diving, underwater ship husbandry, and pollution control program areas.
