We were the only company whose detailed performance scores ranked above the industry average for clinical knowledge, application knowledge, knowledge transfer and implementing workflow design. Dell Services had the highest percentage (75 percent) of clients that utilised them for extensive clinical workflow redesign, as well as the highest overall score for implementing workflow redesign.
