Military Transition Program (MTP)

To help lead Dell Services into the future as we continue to grow, we need associates with the right combination of leadership ability, technical savvy, and core values. The Dell Services Military Transition Program (MTP) is designed to attract talented former military personnel with a strong interest in information technology. The MTP program is seeking highly successful former Junior Military Officers and former enlisted personnel who have been out of the military less than 18 months.

The ideal officer candidate is someone with a passion for technology who has significant leadership and project coordination/project management experience.

The ideal enlisted candidate is someone who has served in an IT role, is intimately familiar with information systems, and has supervisory experience.

MTP associates will be placed in a variety of positions throughout the company ranging from sales and consulting to IT. During their first year at Dell Services, MTP associates will receive tailored training designed to provide the tools needed to increase their technical, management, and leadership responsibility as opportunities arise.
