Perot Systems has entered into an agreement to acquire JJWild, Inc., the preferred provider of integrated healthcare technology solutions for organizations using the MEDITECH Healthcare Information System. The agreement to acquire the Canton, Massachusetts based company was announced on Monday, August 13, 2007.

What is MEDITECH?

MEDITECH provides clinical and financial software to health care organizations to address these issues: outcomes, clinical workflow, revenue and resource management, and electronic and personal health records.
