Maureen McDonald

Vice President, Global Human Resources

Maureen McDonald is Vice President, Global Human Resources for Perot Systems overseeing HR strategy and operations worldwide. She has responsibility for all human resources activities, including diversity, total rewards, wellness, staffing, leadership development, workforce planning, and mergers and acquisitions. In her role, she ensures that Perot Systems has the talent and global workforce needed to achieve business objectives.

Previously, Ms. McDonald held increasingly responsible positions with Oracle Corporation from 1997 to 2008, and from 2003 served as Senior Human Resources Director for the Applications Development division with 10,000 employees. Ms. McDonald served as a strategic business partner utilizing HR capabilities to support business expansion, including extensive work with large mergers and acquisitions. She also served as Director of HR Programs, working extensively to implement the Talent Management ERP module for global use at Oracle. Earlier in her career, Ms. McDonald held various HR leadership positions with EDS Corporation, focusing on training and development, workforce planning, and process improvement.

Ms. McDonald earned her MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the College at Oneonta, in Oneonta, NY.
