Enrique Cortés

Managing Director, Latin America

Enrique Cortés is the Perot Systems Managing Director for Latin America and is also the Country Manager for Mexico. Mr. Cortés has been an active participant in the globalization of Perot Systems, launching operations in Guadalajara, the Philippines, and India. Before that, Mr. Cortés worked for Perot Systems in Europe, where he had operational responsibilities with clients in the U.K., the Netherlands, Switzerland, and France.

Mr. Cortés serves on the board of the TEC de Monterrey campus of the Guadalajara School of Engineering, the board of CADELEC, and he is the leader of the Council of ITO/BPO services council of CADELEC/CANIETI in Mexico. Mr. Cortés has published multiple scholarly papers in the fields of intelligent systems, data bases, systems performance, and global delivery of IT services.

Mr. Cortés is a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science, and holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Arizona State University. He studied Computer Engineering at TEC de Monterrey in Mexico, and attended the “Leadership in Professional Services” program at Harvard Business School.
