Cecil H. "C.H." Moore, Jr., was elected a director of Perot Systems in October 2003. Mr. Moore is a private investor. Until June 2000, Mr. Moore was an audit partner with KPMG LLP, where he served in a variety of positions including managing partner and partner-in-charge of the audit and accounting practice of the firm's Dallas, Texas business unit. Mr. Moore is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as a director and member of the audit committee of NL Industries, Inc.
