Career FAQs

How do I submit my resume/CV?
Depending on the area of the company in which you are interested, the process to submit your resume/CV for consideration varies slightly. Each of the links to the left under "New & Returning Jobseekers" requires a separate submission. The Perot Systems Corporate and Government Services links require you to create a personal profile from which you apply for individual positions while the Business Process Solutions link requires you to individually submit your resume/CV each time you apply for a unique position.

How do I search for jobs?
For Perot Systems Corporate and Government Services jobs, clicking the links to the left under "New & Returning Jobseekers" will allow you to search for jobs by any number of search criteria. When you click the "Business Process Solutions" link, all available jobs will be displayed.

Why don't I see all locations listed when I search jobs?
Although Perot Systems has locations worldwide, not every location has positions available every day. To save you time during your search, only locations that currently have job openings will be listed in the drop-down menu. If you are interested only in a specific location or job category and do not see it listed, you can register with the Job Agent for e-mail notifications of job openings in the location or category you specify.

How do I apply to a job?
For Perot Systems Corporate and Government Services jobs, you must first create your personal profile before applying to a particular job. Once you’ve done that and you find a job for which you would like to apply, simply click the “Apply to this Job” link and your resume will be routed to the appropriate recruiter. For Business Process Solutions jobs, simply click the “Apply Online” link and complete the requested data.

How long do you keep resumes/CVs?
For Perot Systems Corporate and Government Services, resumes/CVs are stored on profiles and there is no “expiration”. Although your resume/CV will remain available for searching by recruiters, we encourage you to periodically search jobs manually or establish a Job Agent which will send you scheduled e-mails with job listings that match search criteria you specify. For Business Process Solutions, resumes/CVs are stored per job posting and are typically not kept after that job posting is filled.

What is your interview process?
Typically, our interview process involves four steps:

  • If your resume matches an open position, you will receive a call from a recruiter.
  • If specific technical skills are required for the position, you may undergo a Technical Screen to determine if you have the necessary skills.
  • You will participate in a Team Interview, enabling us to spend more time with you and allowing you to meet other associates.
  • If the Team Interview is successful, an Executive Interview will be scheduled with the hiring manager.

What is Perot Systems' corporate culture?
Ours is a culture of teamwork in which collaboration builds relationships. It's a culture of values, in which integrity matters. And it’s a culture in which exceptional people confront challenges, develop solutions, and create results.

Is it true that you hire only military people?
We hire people from all walks of life, and our goal is to find the best person for the position. We are an Equal Opportuntiy Employer, and we consistently strive to attract and retain exceptional individuals who want to work for an exceptional company.
